If you are good they will provide you stretch opportunities and new responsibilities. Plenty of room for growth. Good mobility around the company if you want it Agile and flexible working practices

Cons

Constant project work means very little time for training Annual review and objectives are treated as an afterthought and very little time given to enacting these processes properly Negotiating raises and promotions is quite difficult. They will resist giving them until they feel like you will leave if you dont get it!
