      Poor care of employees. Promotion , development and growth of employees is not performance driven , rather by who you know , not what you know . Some Technical directors in ground engineering are a product of this ethos and have been promoted on basis of longevity at Company rather than technical abilities. Company has Horrific appreciation of work- life balance
