      Pros

      Provides a flexible work schedule and plenty of opportunities for training. Overall job expectations are on par for this line of work. Provides a comoany vehicle and gas card.

      Cons

      Wages are comparable to working for state and not as enticing as other private sector companies. Insurance costs and plans are medicore at best. HMO high deductible plan that is nearly impossible to meet without breaking the bank. Management styles vary drastically between offices often contradicting one another.
