      Pros

      There are some great individuals you can look up to and learn from. Most people are very friendly. Some teams work towards making their employees have work life balance. Better pay compared to other Indian offices but you get paid more if you leave office and come back instead loyally of sticking with the company.

      Cons

      Lacks good project managers. Specially the Middle East team overseas. They’re very arrogant who doesn’t respect your time or personal life. Some many in GTC have similar approach. Nothing happens when you complain about them multiple times because they are seniors. They act like they own your life. Bad project managers are never held accountable. Instead get raises that they clearly don’t deserve and get praises. The younger people in the team is always pushed under the bus.
