Pros
Very highly recommend for graduates. Great people, everyone is lovely and it's a fantastic atmosphere and social life, especially on the grad scheme. Great opportunities to get stuck into work that is a over and above what would be expected of your experience if you want to. Good stretch roles available and is a development focussed environment.
Cons
Very busy sector with staff being quite stressed and stretched. Pay is good for graduates then tapers off and is lower than elsewhere once you progress. Inefficient company but that might just be a 'big company' sort of thing.
