      Big company with an impressive portfolio of clients and projects and some genuinely expert specialists.

      Cons

      The epitome of a big faceless organisation - poor communications between business units and a terrible internal culture of 'little empires' at middle management level with almost constant infighting and bickering over cost allocations. Atkins were utterly ruthless and emotionless with respect to redundancies, getting rid of staff with 20+ years of continuous service at a whim.
