Good work life balance.Nothing new to learn and repetitive jobs.

Cons

The HR department should be changed in Bangalore.It is rotten from Top with Somnath behaves like a dictator . They just enforce policies ,cut the benefits of employees and please the UK management. There is no recognition.

Atkins has a pretty good sense of design and has a true global presence. Much of their European designs are very iconic and worth further investigation.

Cons

Atkins is a brutal company to work for. They have no sense of value of their employees. They are only concerned about the bottom line. If they had the sense to invest a minimal amout of time and money in their employees who do the REAL work they would find that the bottom line would take care of itself. However, working for Atkins you get the sense that you are just a number in the crowd.
