      Pros

      You receive a paycheck. Thats it.

      Cons

      Barely had enough work to do which will leave you as a liability rather than an asset. Upper management is wasteful and unorganized Don't treat their employees with respect especially in a pinch (10% paycut during covid then laid off with ZERO health insurance during a pandemic)

      Good location, friendly and competent co-workers, okay benefit package

      Cons

      Micro-management, disregard of junior staff's opinion, departmental politics, amount of billable work, raises based on billable time, raises do not incorporate increase of health care cost, too many acquisitions (2 in 5 years time)

      No Support from Senior Management

      Pros

      Office environment is very pleasant, with nice employees. Flexible hours... It felt good to go to work everyday.

      Cons

      Management wants you to win projects and contracts, but are not willing to offer a whole lot of support. Their internal procedures are their own worst enemy. The reporting structure sucks, with managers in other states making go/no-go decisions, but have no idea of the local climate. Their internal reporting requirements are their own worst enemy. I wasted my time their, trying to market for a company that seemingly doesn't want to win.
