Pros
The culture is incredible and there are a lot of opportunities if you know where to look for them (aka build your network and be persistent). There is a lot of focus on physical and psychological safety making it a genuinely great place to work. I have been able to get a myriad of experiences due to the number of projects I have worked on and have felt I was really able to drive my career. Decent pension and cash back health plan.
Cons
Salary is not competitive at mid grades which causes a high rate of turn over (company is aware of this but don't seem to take any action). Pace of company is a bit slow for my preference, great initiatives take too long to get off the ground.
