      Pros

      Good culture. Friendly and helpful colleagues. Everyone is very approachable, regardless of seniority. Work-life balance is great.

      Cons

      1. Wage is not competitive. It's below industry average and it doesn't not adjust to inflation, nor does it have London weightings. 2. Limited work opportunities for graduates. You will either be on the bench for 2-3 months, or just do internal projects. Or if you're lucky enough to have a project, the role is not challenging at all.
