1) Orthodox work culture: The management is hell bent on following the same way of working which requires updation of 100s of documents which takes about 80 percent of the time. 2) Unsensitive management :The management is focused on gaining profits so much that that it has reduced the salary everyone including the graduates to 10 percent during COVID 19 emergency. It is appalling that the management refused to give work from home in such times. 4) Job requires the employees to Skill less documentations.
