      Pros

      Small company feel within a large corporation. Very talented coworkers who are always willing to spend time to teach you their craft when you ask a question. My local office make a lot of effort to make sure employees are happy and plan fun events for us. My managers make a lot of effort to ensure I am happy with my career growth and request constant feedback on what I want.

      Cons

      Your work experience is highly dependent on which unit you are working for. I noticed the staff that primarily do work for DOT clients tend to have better managers.
