      Pros

      Atkins pays fairly and has an extensive backlog of work. There will almost certainly never be a day where you don’t know what you will work on. There is diversity in the work and in the work force itself. There seem to be great opportunities for growth/development. Overtime is compensated. Can be fully remote if needed.

      Cons

      Can be hard to find a good supervisor. Some are extremely demanding and expect perfection, which is simply not realistic. If you don’t set boundaries, you will be expected to always work extra hours and at odd times.
