      can't find any, the pre hiring looked organized but on first day you get hit with the awful reality

      Cons

      hostile work environment, employees are treated not on merit but on racial/ origins and whether they fit into the big wheel or not!

      Cons

      Hired ex employees of a major builder in the industry. There is a reason why the best of the best got rid of them. They rely on their staff to do their work because they have no idea what they are doing. So if you are willing to do your bosses job too and be treated badly by them................. then this place is where you want to work.
