      Friendly people, great atmosphere. Lots of social events Clinet Interactiona dn responsibility from day

      Cons

      Training is hard to comy by, Managers prefer "on the job" training which isnt always ebdt for the client I was on the "graduate scheme" which offered rotational placements fro 2 years. In reality they offer rotation but within you project. Atleast that was my experience. After 2 placments I found it hard to rotate into a different project as I was now very cost effective for my manager. I recommend definutely arranging your rotations yourself!

      Good time balance between family and work. Professional work environment. Good experience. Specialist in complicated project. Creative work place. Apply international standards and consist of very strong policies.

      Cons

      Low paying in compression to other competitors. Very slow promotion progress. Pressure on the exciting part of the jobs. Consist of so many departments which acts as company inside the company.
