Pros

Had the opportunity to work with some incredibly intelligent and talented consultants.

Cons

Culture and values started to change after PBS&J was acquired by Atkins. Going from privately held to publicly traded made a big difference.

Pros

international firm, standard benefits/salary, decent working conditions, effort is made to support staff with breakfasts, lunches, happy hours

Cons

Decentralized offices means you seldom see who you work with, very defensive staff, little effort is made to coach/orient new employees, most corporate policy is communicated through videos and powerpoints that the employee is responsible for learning with little opportunity for interaction with supervisors to reinforce/clarify understanding.
