      Leadership very profit focused, productivity is all that matters. Matrix structure doesn't bring out the best way to work on projects.

      Upper management is clueless. Not transparent like they claim. Does not listen to surveys! If you want a raise you must bring an offer from another company and they will match it.

      Great company losing sight of its employees

      Good benefits. Interesting work and opportunities for international experience. Staff can be like family.

      Cons

      Company management are losing sight of the value in their employees. Current focus on innovation and reorganisation has changed the landscape of the company. Not a lot of career progression or training. Many great people made redundant leaving morale at an all time low.
