      Pros

      If you are lucky and get supportive colleagues then you are all good. My line manager is very friendly and helpful and have very structured approach towards my learning by giving me little pieces at a time. Higher level management also friendly and you almost don’t feel a hierarchy.

      Cons

      Not very competitive salary compared to oil companies. But this is not my priority at the moment anyway, experience is more valuable at this stage
