      Pros

      Friendly, supportive work environment. Good basic benefits and opportunities for training and development. Health and safety culture is excellent.

      Cons

      Poor clarity from senior management on business goals, strategy and changes. The corporate culture is alright, but it's a bit dull and not very progressive. Productivity targets are far too high (100% for juniors).

      Great atmosphere and work environment. i enjoy the work and the people I work with. There is a great understanding of work flow.

      Cons

      Larger company therefore there is a larger ladder to climb to the top, some bureaucracy. I would say that some of the work became monotonous.
