      Employee morale has declined in North America ever since the acquisition of PBS&J and continues to decline to this day. Employee turnover rate in North America is horrendously high.

      People. Most of the IT technical professionals and some lower and middle management are excellent in spite of the dire atmosphere.

      Cons

      Everything else, Many staff were disappointed not to be made redundant recently - that tells its own story. I would strongly advise against joining in the Infrastructure team (Server, DBA skill areas). the following are also offensively bad: Investment in staff and Infrastructure, HR, Senior management
