      work life balance fixed working hours free lunch

      Cons

      repetetive work politics and bucketing happens during appraisals inefficient management and managers worthless people are given non deseriving positions in some teams big brainers tend to leave the company and to which the managements does nothing to hold them back.

      Nice team, relaxed work atmosphere, good work-life balance

      Cons

      Salary not as high as competitors. Rush to deliver without properly finalising job. Sometimes high turnaround of people which means skills are lost and knowledge not transferred. This has an impact on you as you have to cover for someone who's left without being properly trained.
