      Once proud company ruined by incompetent management

      Pros

      Technical staff leaders in their field, most people unfailingly helpful in spite of huge work pressure, interesting projects, opportunity for international travel, excellent brand.

      Cons

      Arrogant and incompetent senior management, too many bureaucratic processes, obsession with money making, risk averse decision making, constant organisational re-structuring, awful work / life balance.

      Pros

      Very open culture where your ideas will actually be listened to. Employees are encouraged to make direct connections with as many other employees as possible to foster collaboration and exchange suggestions/ideas. The organization is pretty open and even the lowest tier employees have access to executives.

      Cons

      Some long hours and the pace never slows (which can be a pro too). Very average/below standard hiring process
