Structures, HSE and process groups are doing very bad, some of group managers threaten the staff to fire if they do not work hard or if they cannot bring projects to the company. Juniors are the slaves, and group managers are the slave drivers. No ethics at all, they fire staff in a minute. They mainly throw them out. Group managers only deal with politics, they do not know how to manage the staff. My group manager lied to me at least five times.

HR's from below average B-Schools and they think they are the top management (Please not that only the HR Director and HR head are from elite B-Schools), Engineers are under paid, Salary discrepancy between engineers in the same grade/level, absolutely no technical work or projects, UK dependent for projects, qualified engineers asked to do data entry related work, hardworking staff are not rewarded whereas staff who 'kiss up' have better prospects of promotions & salary hikes, Indian management not capable of taking any responsibility relating to projects and staff remuneration, there is no dispute management, staff harassment's are not handled & sorted, no appreciation for smart work but for staff who stays late and does nothing at the end of the day, Senior level staff lack technical capabilities, sympathy bonus & hikes for married staff(apparently married people are the only ones with actual expenditure), religion biased.
