Pros
Atkins is a good place to start your career as they offered excellent access to personal development opportunities throughout my first few years with the company. Those who push themselves will also be given the chance to take on extra responsibility at an early stage. Generally a very pleasant and social place to work with a good consideration for work-life balance.
Cons
The size of the company sometimes inhibits the pace of internal change and although you can take on extra responsibility, you will sometimes find it challenging to translate that into promotions and increased remuneration. The business also needs to improve its internal selling processes.
