      Pros

      Good work life balance.Nothing new to learn and repetitive jobs.

      Cons

      The HR department should be changed in Bangalore.It is rotten from Top with Somnath behaves like a dictator . They just enforce policies ,cut the benefits of employees and please the UK management. There is no recognition.

      - Good projects - Good technical support from other engineers who are very knowledgable - Friendly people - Flexible working hours - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Lack of specific guidance during first 3 months in new office or a project - Poor IT systems - No career development during my 3 years at the company (This was during GFC)
