      Pros

      The corporate structure provides staff with proper legal benefits. Salary is paid on time or in advance. The company is multi-disciplinary with opportunity to work with other departments. The company also has quality project types & clientele.

      Cons

      Upper management has no contact with the team & junior staff. Team Leaders are using office resources for their personal projects. Staff evaluation are also at the mercy of these leaders depends on who is in their favor. Hard work is not appreciated nor rewarded.

      Pros

      Global company. Well respected in its industry. Does a lot of Projects. Has good benefits. Pays fairly well. Gives you the opportunities to go on courses and gain industry qualifications.

      Cons

      Bad management. Luck of the draw if you'll be looked after. Bad on some projects with change control. Since joining the company all I have done is Document Control. This is not my job and I haven't had the opportunities to prevent this. When I have brought this up at my PDR etc.. it took up to 3 months to make any changes and they were never significant and always relapsed back into a role that I ought not to be doing. I am very disappointed with my experience. Don't seem to have a place for me. Seems like the hired me for the sake of having an apprentice.. possibly they get money from the government.. or to fill me in a low positions in the company that people try and move up from

      Very structured Rewarded according to effort Very respected within the sector Global projects

      Cons

      Senior management seem to be part of the old boys club and have all been to public school. There opportunities to move / travel within the business but it isn't easy. Reluctance to support those who want to get on.
