      Pros

      You have the opportunity to excell and and accomplish all your goals. Independents is very important. Company has fantastic benefits and you feel valuable.

      Cons

      The management has made some dum desicions and as a result of it I got laid off. Since the recesion they have been going through some tough times.

      Pros

      Lots of different disciplines therefore you get to work with many interesting people.

      Cons

      Staff moral has sharply deteriorated over the last eight years. Glass ceiling. Absolutely no training ( could be just this specific department though). Very late nights every week but no return.
