      Great Pay and Great Co-workers

      Pros

      This company has great pay and also great co-workers, Lots of freedom to work independently to show your abilities.

      Cons

      Most of their jobs are basically contract work and company does not try to relocate you at completion of the work unless you have a Project Manager Position or above.

      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits structures; good projects; good professional development and recogntion programs. Schedule and benefit flexibility. Wide range of available projects; lots of very talented peoepel. I've worked at other firms with very dysfunctional organizations; the staff I work with at Atkins are very professional.

      Cons

      With the tight market, upper management treats staff- across the board- as contract employees with benefits, If you're on a long term project and it ends, have your resume ready
