Pros
Atkins has a pretty good sense of design and has a true global presence. Much of their European designs are very iconic and worth further investigation.
Cons
Atkins is a brutal company to work for. They have no sense of value of their employees. They are only concerned about the bottom line. If they had the sense to invest a minimal amout of time and money in their employees who do the REAL work they would find that the bottom line would take care of itself. However, working for Atkins you get the sense that you are just a number in the crowd.
