      Really great environment to work in. Respectful of your needs as an individual, lots of trust and opportunity to show yourself with senior management

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side. Most work is govt contracts so pay really isn’t a plus if you live in London.

      Not worth for Engineers, Atkins is exclusively for CAD/BIM. CAD staff is being paid fairly good than IIT/NIT Engineers.
