Incompetence and backstabbing gets you promoted to an Executive level. Constantly in fear of redundancy! BEWARE!

Pros

The people at all levels (apart from Top Level Managers/Executives) are great, extremely competent and knowledgeable and overall a friendly bunch. Great projects and exposure to very varied yet detailed, technical work and a feeling of accomplishment.

Cons

Top level management are incompetent at best, they look after themselves year on year with little or no care to their employees that go above and beyond to deliver. Yet, there is always an excuse for them to not provide pay rises, even inflationary, yet they are on a yearly basis walking away with their Management Bonus Scheme rewards.
