Good work life balance and friendly people.
Cons
So may redundancies and so much "restructuring" in progress and on the cards that there is a climate that no job is safe and the company is imploding. Terrible managers who don't know what they are doing and are not held to account for their failures but go on to mismanage the next project which then has all the same avoidable problems as the last project leading to the companies current perilous state and people now being made redundant.
