If you work in manufacturing, there are no pros. They will mistreat every chance they get!

Cons

No work life balance like they say, they will employ many tricks to try to fire you, do not respect the people who work hard and make the products which makes the company profitable, the union is no good.

Pros

Atkore actively sets employees up for success and and is a very well organized and efficiently run organization. Management places a great deal of importance in finding the right person for every job, and it shows.

Cons

No major cons. Not as competitive of a compensation package as I was hoping for. I also sometimes wish there were more opportunities for collaboration between brands/business units.
