      Pros

      Allied had a good run for a long time. They were nice to the employees. GM calm, open, a good manager. The last HR he was very supportive, keep us informed about the work force reduction. Help us to find other employment. Got a severance package.

      Cons

      Unfortunately good things do not last. Many of us working for years were let go. I miss my work friends.

      Pros

      Great benefits and they care about their employees. Conducted a lot of employee morale events and took surveys to see where they could better themselves, etc.

      Cons

      Put a lot of stress on management team. Expected them to do multiple jobs that wasn't related to each other.
