- Flexible work schedule - Wonderful management - Everyone treats you like a human being - Great colleagues - Team that actually wants you to succeed - Extensive training process

Cons

- Insurance is just okay, but it's at least provided - Training process can seem long but it's definitely better than most companies. Rather than just throwing you to the wolves, they actually want you to take your time to learn about the company and who you will be working with. (I listed this as a pro, as well, because it's a double-edged sword)
