      Pros

      More focused on customers than before. Always pushing for improvement. Way better results on quality and delivery. Customers seem to be much happier than before. A lot of very driven and dedicated people - new and old.

      Its not easy to work here. and some people can't cut it.

      This was a good job and had many different pros within the company. A job you could retire from definitely.
