      Was a spin-off company from huge conglomerate, former Tyco company. so able to establish a lot of new precedents.

      Cons

      .Didn't understand why Tyco ever purchased, not a good fit with rest of portfolio of owned companies. Could immediately tell they were the forgotten step-child. purchased by an investment group

      Pros

      With a lot of chiefs and not a lot of soldiers, you are able to make a difference and your voice is heard with your management. Great group of employees who work hard and cohesively within departments

      Cons

      The use of dated software does not help the organization. Small fixes in the hardware department (new laptops for example) will greatly help to the efficiency of its employees as they crash at least once a day.
