      Pros

      Nice work environment and coworkers. Competitive benefits and work flexibility. Opportunity to improve skills for career advancement. High demands and expectations.

      Cons

      Lots of management and organizational changes. Many completing priorities. Things are very fluid in terms of company direction. Employees are undervalued. Too much numbers focus.

      Pros

      It WAS Allied Tube & Conduit standing on it's own, a great place to work when Tyco owned it. A lot of old timers and immense tribal knowledge.

      Cons

      The investors came in, the old timers were swept out along with the tribal knowledge. The new management stepped in and tried to reinvent the wheel after 50+ years. Production plummeted, customers were lost, moral went into the dumper.
