This could be a suitable landing spot if your primary focus is short-term income. The company is Boomer heavy and toxic. The closer you get to Harvey to more toxic it gets. Be aware that the company's apparent success was largely due to the unique circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, and those tailwinds have since disappeared.
