      Current President (Jp) talks a good game.

      Cons

      President of electrical and current Coo may have engaged in asking key personnel to adjust expenses into the wrong year. Instituted a shipping program that has caused a drop in accretive businesses. The Doj investigating price fixing should have occurred years ago. Most high level executives and sales people are very knowledgeable about the level of market manipulation that is involved. Stock price went from mid 100’s to 60 dollars in a few months.
