Very hot. Jobs are defined but some people dont care what the definitions are.

Pros

Most employees are pleasure to work with, decent hours, weekends off, decent benefits, clean environment

Cons

No overtime, subpar technology, all about charts and numbers statistics, things get done in ways that never make sense, really poor communication, company wants memorization of their values, mission, goals, etc., but does not lead by those actual values or examples. Does not seem to care about the low morale that has enveloped its employees, took away incentive program. Does not pay/schedule employees equally, does not equally hold same expectations with each employee.

The pay is good with plenty of overtime if you want it.

Cons

Forced overtime at the last minute. Benefits are too costly. Super dirty environment. Terrible training program.
