Pros

Atkore is focused on Employee Safety, Personal and professional growth. Being Manufacturing the hours get crazy at times but the company is fair with work/life balance. Benefits are good not great but average. Management is engaged with the employees at all levels. Atkore gets a thumbs up!

Cons

Lots of scheduled overtime but it is consistent So employees can schedule their time off.

Get Overtime whenever you want

Cons

No communication from management down. Poor housekeeping. Equipment constantly shut down. Maintenance extremely weak. Management does not give proper tools to hourly employees to do their job but expects them to perform miracles. Management rude to hourly employees.
