CEO is nice. Pay, nice people, growing company

Needs more diversity (POC) in leadership, perception is that SLT and ELT is an elitist club that you can't be a part of Too many processes that delay progress HR department takes too long to get stuff done because you need multiple approvals before you can even START doing anything Break/lunch/restroom area out on the floor is horrible and shameful Systems are outdated
