      Pros

      Great on boarding process with the SLT, they are all aligned with the company vision and it shows in the results Staff are welcoming and helpful to new employees The values of Atkore are demonstrated in the way the company treats its staff and customers A very positive experience for me

      Great group to work with and flexible if I had to leave early or something but a typical 9-5 job.

      Not much room for growth

      Pros

      Good company spirit, promotion and focus on values that Atkore is thriving for. People are like-minded and working towards one common goal. Nice Kaizen events for process improvement activities.

      Cons

      Management is not always willing to listen to tips that are coming from lower hierarchy. Things like information and common-sense are severely segregated between regular employees (frontline people, customer service and entry level folks) and management/ upper management people. Sometimes people act like they don't have a clue. Spreadsheets are common practice within all departments, and there is no full centralized soft that could combine all database. Professionalism is not something you will find at every department.
