I’m sorry your time here wasn’t what you were hoping for and that you weren’t happy with my leadership - I will try to do better going forward for everyone here at Atlantic. Thankfully you won’t be burdened with our “awful” reputation going forward, and there will be more pizza and donuts for everyone. I would like to clarify just one of the misstatements in the review you posted. Commissions are not “promised on the back end”, they are earned and happily paid. Each employee, before they start, are given a commission schedule that outlines exactly how commissions are calculated and paid, and I would be happy to explain or clarify that schedule to any current or prospective employee if needed. I think it’s unfortunate that sites such as Glassdoor exist in their anonymous form. It doesn’t take a lot of courage to kick dirt on others after the door has been shut behind you, while hiding under the blanket of anonymity. It’s hard to take anonymous reviews seriously, especially one that, other than your opinion about my leadership, doesn’t contain a single fact.
