Good mentorship and training; on the job training; fun happy hours. People work hard but like to go out after work, good balance.

Not a good company to work for. Upper management constantly looks downs on junior employees and shows no respect. They’ll walk pass you like you don’t exist, and belittle you if you bring something to their attention. There’s no DEI, and the work environment is very unprofessional. Employees smoke in the office and come in drunk 24/7.
