Pros

No pros to add for AP.

Cons

1. Micro micro management. 2. Upper management has no clue how to lead. 3. Executive management is scared to confront upper management. 4. Managment only knows how to blame field and PM staff for problems they caused and refuses to take responsibility. 5. Agree to CO to subs but ask for documentation months and months later on then deny CO. This way they take advantage of sub that has no clue due to fact they are new to industry. This is why subs with tenure in industry will not even bid a job. 6. Much much more but do not have the time to finish.
