It's a job, feel not appreciated for hard work.

Cons

No proper training when hired, Corp never responds, you feel they don't have your back. Some are very rude, pay is very minimal compared to the competition.

Pros

There is a lot of diversity, I work with a great team and its an exciting industry. There is always something new to learn, its family oriented and lots of opportunity to make it a better.

Cons

Benefits need improvement such as PTO and Medical plan rates and coverage. Benefits provided by the company such as a free Medical Plan aren't an actual perk as the plan is out reach for employees who have to meet a really high deductible to get coverage.
