Benefits are ok, residents were nice, other employees were professional and nice, discounts for spa services

management did not care, no room for growth after more than 2 yrs of work.

None. They just use their employees to pocket the large monthly property management fees.

Cons

Has the worst health insurance plan I have ever had. Pray you don't have any medical emergency. They have the money, but rather use the profits for themselves. No HR support. The executive team doesn't even acknowledge you. They could care less about you. Run!
