Work truck that’s about it and free certifications to take to your next firm because ATL is just a stepping stone.

Cons

No work life balance, you are shunned for using vacation time during the summer months, management will jump through hoops to make sure you don’t get overtime, awful hours (very early mornings, or the night shift), Management is an “old boys club” , the company culture is terrible (use and abuse the interns and lower tech staff attitude)
